A NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM
What a night! 💫
This April, we celebrated the incredible impact of Todd & Mary Eckerson and the future of Horizons at Westminster — and like all moments we share with our Horizons students, the room was filled with JOY 🤩
We had a sold out room hosted by the incredible Soledad O’Brien and Kimberley A. Martin, heard directly from students who spoke passionately about the power of Horizons, Hartford Mayor Arunan Arulampalam emphasized the impact of programs like Horizons on Hartford students, and raised critical funds to create meaningful experiences and expand our impact. We couldn’t have had such a successful event without the support of our board members, sponsors and community partners, Horizons teachers, current and former Westminster staff and faculty, current and former Westminster parents and of course our Horizons and Westminster students 💛
Shoutout to everyone who brought this event to life, including our event committee, David Alan Hospitality Group, 4AVNow, IRIS Photography & Kristen Weldon Photography, and of course the amazing team at the Connecticut Science Center — it was the perfect venue to showcase the joy of learning, exploration, and discovery at Horizons 🧪🔬
There are big things in store for Horizons at Westminster — stay tuned, we are just getting started ✨
