Anchored by a six-week summer program, Horizons delivers a multi-year learning experience. Because the programs operate in a time and space outside the limitations of the typical school year, students are exposed to a rich curriculum designed to fit their individual needs. Horizons inspires students to take on new challenges by giving them the opportunity to explore music, theater, art, swimming and other activities that cultivate creativity and leadership.
By building partnerships between public and private schools, higher-ed institutions, and families, Horizons helps each community lift up its children onto a path of success. Horizons makes a multi-year commitment to children, families and communities. Students and staff alike remain in the program for an average of six years, and many students attend throughout their Pre-K - 12 academic career.
